Company Terms :

1. Order System
Orders can be made by e-mail or phone call, Click here to contact us, Our business orientation is, mutual long term relationship.
Minimum Quantity to order is 1 container (20 ft) with mixed items.

2. Samples
We can provide samples of all products or by your design. You can send us your technical drawing and we will give you the sample of your design, after the payment. Sample Production and delivery are subject to cost.

3. The Period of Order and Delivery
Our lead time of production is 75-90 days after receiving the payment by T/T. The loading port for delivery is in Semarang, Indonesia.

4. Price List
Our price list can be USD, EUR or Indonesia Rupiah, depends on buyer request.
The price quote is FOB Semarang port Indonesia.

5. Packing System.
We use single face paper as our standard. There is an additional charge if you request the packing by carton box.

6. Freight and Shipping.
Shipping is not included in the price. All order sent freight collect.
In the event no carrier specified, we are free to appoint a carrier in the best interest of customers.

7. Quality Control (QC).
We provide QC to check thoroughly the goods of your order. You can also delegate your own QC to check the goods

Payment Terms
1. We accept payment by TT/Bank Transfer.
2. 50% downpayment should be paid in advance.
3. Balance payment has to be paid before container door closed or before sending documents.
